Physician Advisors
With an ever-changing landscape of what constitutes an inpatient admission, it has become imperative that physicians arms themselves with the tools needed for effective medical documentation. Physicians within AIM Hospitalists currently serve as physician advisors for partner organizations and hospitals to help improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
Medical Directors
AIM Hospitalists physicians have extensive experience in bridging acute and post acute services to better serve patients and families while preventing complications and unnecessary readmissions. Physicians within AIM Hospitalists have served as medical directors for post acute care facilities and can provide leadership and training programs for goal centered acute and post-acute care partners.
